EcoClean Technology Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2000, a local company fully owned by Amshell Corporation Sdn. Bhd. We are the sole Malaysian Licensee for the manufacture supply of CDS & CleansAll Gross Pollutant Traps (GPT’s) in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and China since 2001.

We provide professional services in the design, supply and installation of full range of products which include CDS Gross Pollutant Traps, CleansAll Gross Pollutant Traps, Rainwater Harvesting system, On-site Detention System, Storm water & Grey water Treatment system, CDS Waste water/ Sullage Water Treatment system, Filternator , Ausdrain Enviromodules, Drainage Cells, E/ One Low Pressure Sewer System (LPS), Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO), Soiless Vertical Garden & Green Roof, Bio-swale and Aquaphonic System.

Mr. Wong founded EcoClean Technology Sdn Bhd (ECT) represent CDS Technology as Malaysia licensee. The technology is now a world leading in the field of stormwater treatment and water reuse since 1999.

Mr. Wong has completed a Mechanical Engineering Diploma & Post Diploma courses in Singapore Polytechnic in 1978 and 1980 and was registered with the Engineering Council in UK as Incorporated Engineer. He has also completed a MBA from Henley Management College and conferred a Master Degree from the Brunel University, UK

Mr. Wong has close to 40 years working experience in which more than 10 years were abroad. During his 11 years service with McConnell Dowell International (NZ) and 8 years John Laing International Ltd. (UK), he has undertaken major projects like Master Planning of Mersing Camp for the Special Forces of Malaysian Armed Forces, Nucleus Hospitals for 12 Districts in joint venture with YTL Group,Terebu Layang Layang Naval Outpost in South China Sea and Pasir Gudang Power Station Jetty etc.

He set up Y. Wong & Partners in 1996. As a consultant, he has advised several International companies such as Leighton International (Australia), Bilfinger Berger (Germany), Universal Dockyard Ltd (HK) and China Fujian Engineering (China) and also asisted ARUP for their GCS study project for Petronas.

The company ECT was set up as a JV company with McConnell Group, which is privately owned by the McConnell family, the very family who used to own McConnell Dowell .This implied McConnell family has recognized his past contribution and contended with his current leadership of ECT. ECT is currently the market leader in Stormwater Treatment work in Malaysia and has undertaken projects in Putrajaya, the Iskandar Region, River of Life for Sg.Klang and Melaka River clean up works.

ECT has recently acquired Empire Green Industries Sdn Bhd as a subsidiary company to provide Green Roof and Green Wall in the region and this system which has ‘soilless technology’ has the potential to be used as a grey water treatment system.

Jenny has studied Diploma in Management Programmed (DIMP) from Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM). She furthered her study later and graduated from RMIT, Australia with a degree of Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (BBBA).

She has more than 30 years of working experience with construction companies. She has more than 10 years of experience managing CDS Technology and Sewerage System businesses. . She is responsible for all the commercial, financial matters, including coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors. She also involves with the project team in design, supply and installation of CDS units and sewerage system. She monitors the marketing activities, the project operation and administration for the company. She is also involved in business plan by looking into allocation of annual budget and project budget for the company.

Dato’ Ir. Lim Chow Hock was appointed as Deputy Chairman to Ecoclean Technology since July 2014. He has achieved the academic qualifications B. Eng. (Hons) Civil engineering from the University of Malaya, Dip. Water Resources Engineering, University of Birmingham, and Certificate Holder Engineering, IHE, Delft. He is also a Professional Engineer (P.E.), register with Board of Engineers Malaysia.

He has 36 years (from 1978 to 2014) experience working in the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Malaysia. He held several important posts in the department and prior to his retirement, he was the Director of River Basin and Coastal Zone Management Division. Prior to being elected as the president of the institution, he served IEM in various capacities including Chairman of the APEC/ International PE Registers. He was also the Chairman of the IEM Southern Branch from 1991 to 1993.

Past Country Chairman and Regional Executive Vice President of Offshore Works Asia Pacific and Offshore Works Group of Companies. Candidate of the Prime Minister Hibiscus Award – the most prestigious environmental management and conservation award in Malaysia. Industry Panel Advisor to University Malaysia Kelantan and former Executive Director of the Business Council for Sustainable Development Malaysia and industry business to business grouping promoting sustainable development in businesses. Datuk Wahiruddin is also a Trustee of the Tun Ahmad Shah Foundation.

Previously, the Director of Corporate Affairs Shell Malaysia responsible for reputation management, public relations, risks and crisis management, corporate reporting and communications. Also Executive Director in several Shell Malaysia subsidiaries in Malaysia. Also, held other appointments in Shell - Head of Project Development, Head of Infrastructure Services, Senior Manager, Health, Safety and Environment and Offshore Installation Manager.

Graduated in Master Degree of Science from Cranfield Institute of Technology (CIT), United Kingdom and Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from University Technology Malaysia (UTM). A chartered and professional civil engineer with more than 20 years of project implementation and management experience. Datuk Wahiruddin is a former lieutenant colonel, served the Royal Regiment of Engineers of the Malaysian Armed Forces for 16 years before joining Shell. Datuk Wahiruddin was conferred the Darjah Kebesaran Panglima Gemilang Darjah Kinabalu (Knight Commander of the Order of Kinabalu) in 2007.

Ir Lee Loke Chong obtained his B. Eng.(Hons) from University of Malaya in 1978 and a Post-graduate Diploma in Hydraulic Engineering from Institute of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IHE). Delft, the Netherlands in 1985. He joined the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) in 1978 and had served as District Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Manager and State Director from 1978 to 2011.

Ir Lee Loke Chong has over 37 years of working experience both in the Government and private sector. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of irrigation, drainage, flood control and storm water management. He was involved in the design and implementation of several major World Bank Financed Projects, namely, the Trans-Perak Irrigation Development Project, the Northwest Selangor IADP, The Western Johore IADP and the Pahang Barat IADP. He held several key positions in the department, which include State Director, Department of Irrigation & Drainage (DID) for Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur; Director of Project Management Division and lastly Director of Design & Dam Division at DID Headquarters before his retirement.

Ir Lee Loke Chong is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, and also a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC) with Enviro Cert. International, USA. He was attached to the Project Delivery Partner team for the River of Life River Restoration Project, NKEA Greater Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley River of Life Project from 2011 to 2014. He is currently the Business Development Manager of EcoClean Technology Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Lee Marketing Manager of EcoClean Technology Sdn Bhd. He has a Bachelor Engineering of Environmental from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan, R.O.C and Master of Environmental Science from University Putra Malaysia (UPM)

Mr.Lee began his career in Pacific Engineering Ltd Co.As EIA Coordinator dealing with authority and the respective department in Taiwan. He has more than 20 years experience in waste water treatment, especially in sewerage treatment. He started his career in EcoClean Technology in 2009.

Responsible for project Designing and marketing for EcoClean CDS, E/ One Low Pressure Sewer System, Water & Sewerage treatment plant, Project Management, Submission to authority, Site Coordination with sub contractors.

Ms. Chin Lee Tau has held several positions in FinanceManagement including roles inBanks, SMEs, Healthcare businesses.
  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
  • Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
  • Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
  • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Analyze market trends to find opportunities for expansion or for acquiring other companies
  • Help management make financial decisionsresponsible for the financial health of an organization. Ms Chin direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization.

Ms Chin conducted lectures in Business changing in response to technological advances that have reduced the amount of time it takes to produce financial reports. Her main responsibility used to be monitoring a company’s finances, but she now do more data analysis and advise senior managers on ideas as to how to maximize profits. They often work on teams, acting as business advisors to top executives.

Beside Ms Chin also do tasks that are specific to their organization or industry. For example, she is experts on government appropriations and budgeting processes, and healthcare about issues in healthcare finance. Moreover, she is aware of special tax laws and regulations that affect their industry.

Ms Chin earned anACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) UK, a Chartered Accountant member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant and an Executive Master in Lean Management from Vinayaka Missions International University College.

Mr.Liu holds the post of Project Manager / Design Manager EcoClean Technology Sdn Bhd. He has attended courses run by the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia .(ACEM) in Autocad Drafting Technique Level II (1993) .ACEM Basic Draughtsman Course (1995) ACEM Design Draughtsman Course (1999), Roevac TPT Design Training in Germany (2010).

Mr.Liu began his career in Sepakat Setia Perunding Sdn Bhd as Civil & Structural Draughtsman and Sehati Jurutera Perunding as Civil & Structural Designer.He started his career in EcoClean Technology Sdn Bhd in March 2009 as design manager/project manager.

He is responsible for design ,supply and installation of CDS for followings :
  • Medini – Nusajaya under Iskandar Development Project.
  • Stormwater treatment for Sg.Tebrau, Sg.Skudai, Sg. Permatang, Sg.Johor Kulai and Sg.Senai in Johor,
  • Sg. Klang Pakej 3 and 4, at Klang Valley River Of Life Projects by JPS.
  • Stormwater Treatment for Sg.Melaka under JPS
Mr.Liu also responsible for the design of Sewerage Systems which were used in Malaysia and Brunei.
